The Black Sheep Standard
We believe clean should mean more than what you can see.
A room can look beautiful and still hold fine dust, airborne particulate, residue, and chemical buildup in places a normal clean never reaches — slowly working against the beautiful space you invested in.
Conventional cleaning is designed around appearance. We're designed around the environment.
No Shortcuts
Remove what doesn't belong.
Protect what does.
Dust. Particulate. Residue. Unnecessary chemical load — removed. Stone, wood, fabric, and finish — protected. That's the whole job, said plainly.
The Standard
Not a maid service. Not a weekly wipe-down.
A focused, 3–4+ hour environmental visit for homes that are already well-kept — built for the things a normal clean was never designed to reach.
Included every visit
- Non-toxic products, always — used vent to floor, so nothing questionable ever touches your home
- HEPA small particulate cleaning — floors to vents, plus the spots a normal clean misses: ceiling fans, baseboards, above picture frames
- HOCl-based process where appropriate, applied with judgment
- Detail-level attention to the areas conventional cleaning skips
- A written summary of what was treated and any concerns noted
Not part of this service
- Toilets, showers, and tubs — this isn't a housekeeping visit
- Dishes, laundry, or organizing
- Heavy clutter removal — built for spaces already cared for
Protect Beautiful Things
The better the home, the more thoughtful the cleaning should be.
Marble. Natural stone. Wood. Designer furniture. Custom cabinetry. Specialty finishes. We clean all of it with non-toxic products, always — chosen because they're proven safe and effective everywhere, so you never have to wonder.
Second homes & ranch properties
Confidence, even when you're not there
Especially suited to the Hill Country — a property that's meticulously maintained whether you visit every week or a few times a year.
No Shortcuts
The same standard, every visit.
Professional-grade HOCl. HEPA small particulate cleaning. Non-toxic products, always. A true whole-home environmental clean, top to bottom, vent to floor, including the rarely cleaned places where dust gathers. No shortcuts, ever.
